The description of a position determines the kind of people who will be attracted. A job description creates the first impression to a potential employee. A good position description should accept the responsibilities of the employee, and this document can be used later to access the performance of the hired employee. Moreover, it guides the training and career improvement programs that the hired employee will undergo afterwards hiring.The general information to be presented to the prospective interviews will include payroll title, salary and name of the department. Other special requirements such as a impulsive license and the BFOQs will depend on the kind of position in question.
